SEMILLON

There is one small 0.5 hectare block of Semillon. The aim of the block is to produce flavours to compliment the Sauvignon Blanc as a blending component. The grapes are picked riper at an average of 22.5 – 23.5°B. These riper flavours deliver a fuller mouth feel, which helps round off the edges of the Sauvignon Blanc acidity.
